Shipping

We ship our products via DHL (domestic shipments) or UPS and FedEx. For deliveries within Germany, shipping takes 1–5 business days after the contract is concluded (or, if payment in advance has been agreed upon, after we receive your payment confirmation). If you order multiple items with different delivery times at the same time, the delivery time will be based on the item with the longest delivery time.Please refer to the product-specific information in the online store.

Please also note that this is only a guideline and that shipping may be affected by external circumstances at any time. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Shipping Costs and Estimated Delivery Times
“Parcel transit time (DHL)” refers to the period between the time the parcel is handed over to DHL and the time of delivery
The listed costs include packaging, shipping, and any fees we incur when clearing customs. 

Germany

Standard shipping for deliveries within Germany is regardless of the package's weight and size 6,90 € (inkl. MwSt.). Estimated delivery time (DHL): 1–2 business days

Other EU countries

We ship to the following countries via our online store:
Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, the Czech Republic, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary

Shipments to these countries cost a standard rate of €20.00 (plus VAT; the total cost will be displayed when you select your country of delivery during the checkout process). Shipping time: 3–10 business days (estimated delivery time via DHL: 2–5 business days)
A reduced flat-rate shipping fee of 13,00 € (plus VAT) applies only when ordering products that can be shipped more cost-effectively due to their small size and light weight. If applicable, this will be displayed in your shopping cart.

Non-EU countries

• Liechtenstein / Switzerland: Standard shipping fee of 27,00 €, Shipping time: 2– 9 business days (estimated delivery time via DHL: 4 business days)
  A reduced flat-rate shipping fee of 15,00 € applies only when ordering products that can be shipped more cost-effectively due to their small size and light weight. If applicable, this will be displayed in your shopping cart.
• Great Britain: Standard shipping fee of 27,00 €, Shipping time: 2– 9 business days (estimated delivery time via DHL: 4 business days)
• Norway: Standard shipping fee of 27,00 €. Shipping time: 8–13 business days (estimated delivery time via DHL: 7–8 business days)

  
  For deliveries to non-EU countries, customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply, which you are responsible for paying to the relevant customs or tax authorities.
